Raw Food Made Easy For 1 Or 2 People Book Review

In order to learn to prepare raw foods I’ve had to purchase several new cook books.

One of the books I purchased, was Raw Food Made Easy For 1 Or 2 People written by Jennifer Cornbleet.

One of the things I liked about this book was that the recipes contained within it are portioned for 1 or 2 people. All other raw food cook books I’ve purchased have recipes that are for 4 or more people. Since I’m single, I didn’t want to make large portions of each dish and then have left overs (not necessarily a bad thing). So this was a good book for me. Also, as the article below points out, there are other great benefits to owning this book.
